Why invest in coaching?

You may be brilliant at guiding others. But it is incredibly difficult to be your own guide.

The best athletes in the world have a coach.
Physicians don’t treat themselves.
The most successful entrepreneurs invest in their continued development through coaching.

Change on your own is really hard. For example, in one study of people who had by-pass surgery for their heart conditions, within one year after the surgery, 96% had re-created the conditions that caused the need for surgery.

Sure they knew exactly what they had to do.

Bonnie Hutchinson

has been an entrepreneur and spiritual journeyer for more than 20 years. She discovered how to apply spiritual principles and techniques in her work with organizational clients. When she uses these soul power techniques to help her clients achieve their goals, magical results happen.

For many years, Bonnie didn’t talk about the spiritual part of her work. She just quietly wove in soul power practices, and stood back in awe as amazing results happened for her clients. She was content to have the most powerful part of her work be invisible.

Bonnie now joyfully shares the soul power techniques she has honed and refined, to help her private clients magnetize the life and business of their dreams.

She has formal training – a Master’s degree in Whole Systems Design (her Master’s degree has a focus on how to transform organizations, such as entrepreneur businesses), a degree in Education and course work for a degree in Family Studies. She has also taken part in hundreds of management, business and spiritual growth seminars and workshops, and studied with healers, energy workers and spiritual leaders. She also works with her own private guides and mentors, both spiritual and human.

Bonnie has decades of career and business experience. Before launching her award-winning organizational consulting business, she was a government consultant, a senior manager of community-based multi-municipality preventive social programs, an adult educator, a classroom teacher and early on, even a commercial artist!

What happens during a coaching session?

Typically we begin with you talking about what’s going on in your business and your life, and where you would like to focus during our time together.
When we have clarified your intent and focus of the session, Bonnie will use a guided visualization to ground us both and allow us to be open to receive soul wisdom.
In that receptive state, we both receive wisdom and information.
We share the information.
Bonnie will use a variety of meditative and energy techniques to magnetize your intentions, release blocks and re-connect you with your strength and magnificence and your soul’s wisdom.
At some point, we will feel “finished.”
We will de-brief what we have experienced, and leave you with some fun and easy activities to maintain the energy and joy of the session.
A telephone coaching session usually lasts between 90 minutes and two hours.
